What is your return policy?

Canada Labels stands behind our products. If your label order does not perform as stated we will replace the product or refund your money at our expense. Non defective stock products can be returned for a refund minus any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. If there is any concern as to the performance of our labels for your specific application, testing is suggested before purchase. Canada Labels is not responsible for any delays in shipping. Custom orders are non returnable unless defective.
